Our Process

  • Phase 1. Concept Planning.

    Develop a cohesive vision for the project, factors such as layout, colour scheme, furniture, and decorative elements to create a harmonious and visually appealing environment. This process includes creating moodboards, and 3D renderings to present the design concepts to the client for approval before implementation.

  • Phase 2. Design Development.

    Detailed plans and specifications are created based on the approved concept. This involves finalising materials, finishes, furniture, lighting etc, as well as addressing any technical requirements and coordination with contractors and suppliers. The goal is to refine the design and prepare for the execution of the project.

  • Phase 3. Detailed Documentation.

    Creating comprehensive drawings, specifications, schedules, and other documentation needed for the construction and implementation of the design project. This includes floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and material specifications, as well as schedules for procurement, installation, and finishing.
